Our Cancellation Policy

Open or onsite courses

Cancellation made 10 working days or more prior to delivery – A full refund is available.

Cancellation made 5-9 working days prior to delivery – 50% of the fee may be refunded.

Cancellation made 4 working days or less prior to delivery – no refund can be provided.

Non-attendance

In the event of non-attendance to a session, a refund will not be given and a an alternate date will not be provided.

A full payment is required to secure another booking.

Late arrival

In the case of late arrival, please note, it is up to the discretion of our trainer to let you complete the course.

All of our courses have a strict timeline of key objectives and content that must be met in the allocated time allowed.

If a trainer deems the arrival time not suitable for the course in question, you might be turned away.
