Start your journey into healthcare with our Phlebotomy Fundamentals course — a beginner-friendly introduction to venepuncture, blood collection, and safe clinical practice.
Designed for learners with little or no previous experience, this course covers the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to understand phlebotomy in a healthcare setting. You will learn about patient identification, consent, infection prevention, equipment preparation, venepuncture technique, specimen labelling, sample handling, and post-procedure care.
Through a combination of theory and supervised practical training, you will build confidence in performing blood collection safely, professionally, and in line with current best practice.
