Join expert GP ACP tutors Atif Saddiq and Mohammed Imran for a practical, hands-on session covering adult and paediatric (2+ years) vaccination and essential life-saving skills. This 3.5-hour face-to-face course equips you with the confidence to safely reconstitute and administer vaccines, recognise and manage anaphylaxis with adrenaline, and perform CPR with and without an AED. All equipment and course notes are provided.

Morning (AM) sessions: 9:00 – 12:30
Afternoon (PM) sessions: 13:30 – 17:00

Join our expert tutors, Atif Saddiq (Assistant Professor & ACP in GP) and Mohammed Imran (ACP in GP) for this face-to-face course covering all aspects of Vaccination and Basic Life Support Training.

This face-to-face 3.5 hours training session will cover the essential skills required to reconstitute and administer vaccinations to adults and children aged 2 years and over.

Upon completion of this session and associated pre-reading, delegates will be able to:

  • Administer intramuscular in the deltoid
  • Reconstitute vaccines
  • Recognise and manage anaphylaxis in adults and children using adrenaline.
  • Undertake Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with and without the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs).

Please note:
National Patient Group Directions (PGDs) and Protocols for NHS-funded vaccination services can be obtained from Community Pharmacy England (CPE) website and various other NHS organisations.

These NHS PGDs/Protocols will outline any further supplementary training and governance criteria required to utilise the PGDs. 109.99
